The project is solved with two symmetrical and independent building units. A third central one divided into four blocks, placed in such a way that the remaining free space on the plot is optimally used, generating a common interior privative space that allows the perfect sunlight of all the houses and the enjoyment of areas of social relation.

The houses are accessed through this interior space, grouping them by modules in a total of twelve gates. Each one has a direct connection to the parking underground, where the rooms for facilities and general services are located.

A gradual approach takes place from the bustle of the street to the privacy of the house and the common interior spaces, formalized as a significant platform on the same level, on which there are vast walks.

Interstitial spaces are found between the houses. They will become habitable courtyards. These have been designed as a patio-garden in a way that generates an intimate atmosphere, facing the aggressive exterior. An environment of calm and a microclimate is created with plant elements, deciduous trees, etc. that cushions the extreme weather conditions of La Mancha in the centre of Spain.
