“NEW COMPANIES” OFFICE BUILDING _ Guadalajara

Guadalajara | 2005 – 2008

An identifiable building for New Technology Companies.

The rationality of uses has been prioritized, given that it is a rental office building for young entrepreneurs who start their business. It is a business incubator.

The building is tectonically anchored to the ground through a massive stone base on which two light and elegant corten steel and glass boxes are supported, separated by an embedded tablet that houses the vertical communications and the facilities.

The main access is located through the corner of the site next to the roundabout, at the point of highest tension.

The ADAPTABILITY of the project is based on the FLEXIBILITY of the work areas, where the open-floor typology has been chosen, divisible by mobile modular elements. The horizontal planes, floor and ceiling, are designed recordable (technical floors and false ceilings).

The level-1 plant is intended for common units, administrative area, cafeteria, multipurpose training rooms, warehouse, maintenance and cleaning. The rest of the floors above ground, (first and second floor) are dedicated to the use of offices in the business area. On the entrance floor, locate the access and reception control and the facilities block.

An ample central space located between the vertical communication nuclei, in triple height and overhead lighting, visually articulated inside the building.
