The land in Madridejos (Toledo) on which this Partial Plan acts directly is that corresponding to Action Unit No. 38, Sector 10 and a small part of Sector 5. The total area under urban development is 58,843.19 m2.
The proposed arrangement offers a hierarchical outline of the infrastructure that will facilitate its conservation and maintenance, by proposing large blocks and a simple, coherent grid pattern of roads.
The essential criteria of the planning are born when trying to keep the typologies of plots adapted to the general ordinance of application, which is the Single Family Residential, with a minimum plot for the building of 150 m2, surface to which we try to adjust in almost all resulting plots.
At the same time, the rest of the spaces are ordered with the dotational areas, green areas and free spaces, according to the parameters established in the T.R.L.O.T.A.U.
