The purpose of this Urbanization Project is the development of improvements to the urbanization works of Phase III of the Santa María de Benquerencia industrial estate (Toledo), promoted by the Castilla-La Mancha Institute of Finance, dependent on the regional government.

Actions are carried out in part of new construction and part of the rehabilitation of urban structure already completed.
