The area of ​​action is located east of the urban core of Elche de la Sierra, at a distance of about 3,000 meters, at kilometre point 32 of the CM-412 road, in continuity with the current industrial estate of the town. The total area of ​​operation is 489,270.34m2, that is, around 49 Has.

Main design parameters:

– Committed to energy efficiency, dedicating a plot of about ten hectares to the implementation of a field of photovoltaic solar panels, which represents a peak installed power of 5,000 kW.

– Attention to the need to offer complete accessibility and mobility throughout the entire activity.

– Implementation of what has come to be called ‘sustainable urbanism’, with essential criteria such as the compactness and continuity of the fabric, the application of the bioclimatic principles of architecture to the project, the integration of the network of free spaces, the inclusion of renewable energy, or the use of natural resources.

– Concerning the above, it is proposed, in addition to the aforementioned solar capture.
