This is a Singular Interest Project (S.I.P.) for the Regional Government of Castilla La Mancha

The proposal is located in the municipality of Toledo, southwest of the Historic District, in the area known as “El Puntal”, directly connected to the CM-401 road on its way to Guadamur. The delimited surface is approximately 187 hectares.

The project includes:

– The construction of three thousand three hundred protected houses (low-density and single-family typology).

– The development of economic and tertiary activities

– The proper connection between this project and the city.

– Endowments and leisure equipment that make the project a place of interest.

Sustainability is the base concept in construction, taking into account in the developed urban planning, the architecture to be built, as well as in the efficient production of energy and its responsible use. All these actions will make the project a place of reference.
